About the Showroom
This is the main CorasWorks Showroom. Here you can read
information and view demonstrations. Through this showroom you are also able to
access sub-showrooms of technical capabilities and live, hands-on solutions
running on both the SharePoint 2003 and SharePoint 2007 platforms.
Sign-In
You should sign in when you first access the showroom.
This allows you to access sub-showrooms and solutions. The standard sign
in is:
- Username: corasguest
- Password: coras123
However, certain jump pages will require their own sign in.
Whenever you access a sub-showroom or a solution, it will appear in a page with
a frame border at the top. This border contains the Sign In information.
Pop-Ups
When you access demonstrations, sub-showrooms, or solutions we will pop-up new windows. These windows may be blocked by your pop-up
blocker. If this should occur, please add "*.corasworks.net" as a trusted
site to your pop-up blocker.
Hands-On
Solutions
The Solutions in this showroom are primarily those that are shipped in CorasWorks products. You can
see the functionality however you will not be able to enter or change information or perform actions. Please contact us if you want access to a "sandbox"
where you can actually work with the solutions.
The Scope of this Showroom
This is a very extensive environment. Here are some facts about the showroom:
- There are more than 80 hands-on solutions in the Showroom running on
SharePoint 2003 and SharePoint 2007. They consist of the solutions in
the Business Solution Set and also the applications in the Workplace
Foundation, plus, some special applications in the Builder Framework
section, such as the localized applications.
- These solutions contain more than 2,000 pre-configured CorasWorks
components. The interesting part in this new modular world is that any
of them can be re-used by you to create your own solutions in any
configuration.
- The Showroom has more than 200 pre-configured business actions.
Conceptually, you could consolidate all of these actions in a single action
library and reuse them throughout your own workplace. Or, of course
just create your own.
- There are approximately 500 connections between the different sites of
the solutions. This consists of views of information in one site
coming from one or more remote sites. It also consists of actions that
are configured to drive information or process into other remote sites.
- There are about 50 multi-media demonstrations and hands-on
demonstrations in the sub-showrooms.
