This solution provides a structured process for submitting work orders and running them through a multi-department approval process. It has predefined approval actions for each department. It makes it easy to track the progress of a work order.

Design

This solution is designed to allow for centralized management of work orders. Yet, it can be implemented to use distributed views and email notification to distribute the activity of approving work orders to any number of departments in an organization. CorasWorks calls this type of design a "distributed process."
