The Program Management dashboards provide central management of all the projects associated with a specific program or initiative. This central management capability allows you to quickly and easily associate projects from across the organization with a specific program, weed out those projects of no interest or relevance, and leverage the dashboard for real-time visibility into the projects that comprise the program.  Specific features include:

  • Real-time status of all associated projects
  • Dynamic list of all associated projects
  • Dynamic views of project-specific data and information
  • Ability to quickly and easily drill down into the project-specific details
